We nurture the learning needs of every individual in the organization through our Employee Development interventions and our Succession programs. All new employees go through the Induction, Assimilation and Advanced learning experiences.

Employee Development Programs


A learning organization is not defined by how many books its associates read, nor by how many classes the associates attend. A learning organization is one that can use learning and experience to better its overall performance. Hence, the purpose of our Employee development program is, to improve performance.

Induction - New joiner orientation


New joiner orientation is the first step in the introduction to our network. The orientation provides them with the knowledge to launch their career at Hinduja Global.

Pre-process and Process Training


Right after the new joiner orientation, associates go through their process-specific training, which equips them with essential knowledge like soft skills, communication and technical know how.

Associate Development Program


This program aims to:
  • Emphasize growth and development of an associate
  • Build a more efficient,effective and highly motivated team
  • Develop a greater sense of self-worth, dignity and well being
  • Increase sense of satisfaction through the achievement of personal and professional goals

Employee Engagement Interventions – The Different Way


These involve workshops on out-of-the-box concepts that can be facilitated by the employees. It involves a multiple intelligence approach that reaches out to all types of learners. It helps the employees enhance the following - building rapport, creativity, confidence, discovery of talent, team spirit, excitement, stress management and work-life balance.

Succession Programs


Employees with high performance in their current positions do not necessarily repeat that quality of performance at higher levels. Performance at higher levels demands skills of a different kind and caliber. Our succession programs are development-oriented. Its emphasis is more on the potential of the candidate, rather than on past performance.

Team leader Development


Team leaders and group leaders are the critical nodes of performance at Hinduja Global, and there are exhaustive and intensive programs for them.

First Time Leaders


The “First Time Leader” is a 2 day orientation program for New Leaders. By the end of this workshop participants will be able:
  • Understand their role as a new leader
  • Develop basic skills to lead people
  • Learn functional skills to manage the day to day workforce

Leader Plus!


Leader Plus program is an extensive workshop for Team & Group leaders, with six modules revolving around communication, customer service, motivation, performance management, coaching and building relationships. The workshop focuses on enhancing skills which help:
  • Create a self-motivating environment for the individual which helps them bring out the best in themselves
  • Provide effective direction & support as and when needed
  • Create an effective medium to communicate, handle disagreements, seek & give feedback

Grooming of Leaders


To enhance the leadership skills of our people and enable them to realize their potential we have workshops which explore niche expertise areas.

Leadership Par Excellence


LPE is a learning intervention for building and enhancing effective leadership skills. It focuses on the importance of concepts like Teaming, Managerial Grid, and Stress Management, using motivation as a performance enhancement tool, and change management for our entire junior and middle Managers

Senior Leadership Programs


The senior leadership at Hinduja Global attend high-end learning and knowledge sharing workshops from global training and learning organizations. Programs focus on Emotionally Intelligent Leadership & Strategic Planning.
